About
Identity does not
get replaced.
It expands.

The shift
Yoga was once the identity. Now it is one of many tools.
Breathwork, movement, nervous system work. Not endpoints, but access points.
What changed was not the work. It was the container.
franpescayoga became itsfranpesca because the role had become too narrow for what was actually being done. What was once everything became one part among many.
In that expansion, a new space appeared.
The space between what no longer fits and what hasn't taken shape yet.
Most people rush to define the next version. The choice here was to stay.
That is the origin of this work. Not a method built from theory. A method built from refusing to leave the void prematurely.
The work
I work with founders, investors, and high performers who have already done the work and still find themselves reacting the same way when it actually matters.
The missing piece is not more experience. It's the capacity to carry what the experience opened into the rest of life.
The path
Before any of this, there was the body.
Gymnastics. Learning early how to stay in discomfort, hold position, and refuse the easy exit.
Years later: London. Fashion. Modelling. PR. Code.
Different roles, same pattern. The body registered before the mind understood.
Yoga became the connector.
The one practice that moved across worlds without needing translation.
Then inversions. You don't think your way into a handstand. You build it, alignment by alignment, breath by breath, until the nervous system recognises it as safe.
Then Panama. And breathwork.
The missing piece. Not catharsis. Information. Access to what the body had been holding the entire time.
Not transformation as event. Capacity as residue.
What remains now is the synthesis. Gymnastics, yoga, inversions, breathwork, and the years of moving between professional worlds where regulation under pressure decided everything.
